Fantastic Agent


I have brought and sold many properties over the last 40 years I have never felt compelled to give a real estate agent a reference or wanted to. My rental property at 285 Morala Ave, Runaway Bay was with another agent for 3 months without been sold, due largely to its run-down condition. 

I then engaged Dianne Erceg to take over and sell my property. For the first week and a half, she helped me renovate the property not only told me what needed to be fixed but also engaged tradies that did the work well and cheaply. Dianne did a lot of work herself to improve the property. Dianne did a virtual staging of the property and it looks fantastic. Once, my property was up to scratch it was put back on the market and sold within a week.

I was always kept informed and up to date, she is a fantastic agent the best I have had.
