Down to earth easy to communicate with


We listed our property with Local Property Team and found them to be a thoroughly down to earth easy to communicate with type of people. They was positive in his approach to everything and courteous in all our dealings.
 
Local Property Team had more buyers do more inspections than any other agent and was in communication with us weekly and sometimes more often when there were enquiries from buyers.
 
We have dealt with many agents over the years with many sales and purchases and approached Local Property Team after they were recommended by a mutual friend. LPT Agent's no-nonsense, honest approach and style was innovative compared to other agents we have dealt with over the years.
 
They got results and we would recommend Local Property Team to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.
